Your name, description, photos, phone number and website appear on each facility you run, whether that is one shower or forty sites.

Someone who finds your shower also sees your toilets, drinking water and laundry at the same site, and gets to each of them in one tap.

A page on fontavio.com lists your facilities on a map, with your website and booking link. Share it anywhere, and search engines can find it.

Your places are highlighted in list views when someone looks for the closest places.
Keep it right yourself
Change your hours, prices and seasons when they change. We check each change before it goes live, which is also what protects your listing from anyone else.

Fair by design
The map is not for sale. A partnership adds your name and your details to your places; it does not move them up the list.
- Always labelled A partner listing says "Sponsored". Nobody is misled about why it stands out.
- One sponsored result, at most A search shows no more than one sponsored result, at the top. The nearest-first list is never reordered for anyone.
- Your listing is protected Every change to a partner's places, from anyone, is checked by us before it goes live. If someone else edits yours, we ask you first.
- Reports still work Travellers can still report a problem, on your places too. That is what keeps the whole map, and your part of it, believable.
- No commission Travellers pay you directly, as they do now. Fontavio never takes a booking, a payment or a cut.
- Your places stay If you stop being a partner, your facilities stay on the map as ordinary places. Only the partner features go.

We are not charging anyone until Fontavio has an audience worth paying for. Partners who join before then keep half price for as long as they stay.

By agreement
- A location is up to 10 facilities within 250 m of each other. A hostel's showers, toilets, water and laundry are one location.
- A wide site, like a long beach, a large marina or a big campsite, can count as one location. Ask us.
- Nothing to pay and no card details now. When billing starts, it is set up on the web, never through the app.
How to join
Three steps, by email
- 01 Tell us about your business Your business name, your website, the address of each site and which facilities it has.
- 02 We check it is yours By an email from your website domain, a code on your website, or a call to your public phone number. Nobody can claim a place that is not theirs.
- 03 We set it up We link your facilities and mark them verified. While the program is free, you confirm your details every 90 days.

Questions businesses ask
- Do I have to be a partner to be on Fontavio?
- No. Anyone can add a facility to the map for free, including you. The partner program is for businesses that want more than a pin.
- Is it really free?
- Yes, until Fontavio passes 10,000 downloads across Android and iPhone. We will email you 30 days before any charge, and you can stop then without paying anything.
- Can I list facilities that cost money?
- Yes. Mark them as paid and write the price, for example "€3 for non-guests". A clear price helps the travellers who are happy to pay find you, and saves a wasted trip for those who are not.
- Can other people change my listing?
- They can suggest changes, as on any place. On a partner place, every change waits for us to check it, and when someone else edits yours, we ask you first.
- Can I remove a bad review?
- No. Reviews belong to the people who wrote them, which is why travellers trust them. A review that breaks the rules can be reported like any other.
- Do you take a commission on bookings?
- No. Fontavio never handles bookings or payments between you and your guests.
- What happens if I stop?
- Your facilities stay on the map as ordinary places that anyone can keep up to date. The badge, your business details and your page are removed.
- We have many locations. Can we join?
- Yes. Above 5 locations the price is agreed with you. Email us with the number of sites and the countries they are in.
