Is the water from a public tap or fountain the same as the tap water in Ukraine?
Not necessarily. A public tap in an area hit by attacks or power cuts can change from one day to the next. Follow local advice and official notices first. If you find a working tap, add it to Fontavio or review it with the date and what you saw. When conditions change this quickly, recent notes from people who were there are the most useful thing there is.
